For those with TFI/THI Category 3 tinnitus distress (moderate tinnitus distress), a six module course of CBT for tinnitus that reduces tinnitus distress. Therapist Support is NOT included in this self-directed version of the 6 module course. You need a code for free access that EXCLUDES the TWO 1-1 appointments using the Zoom platform and email support
