Module One

The first of 6 modules, Module 1 starts you off using an extremely effective breathing exercise. It takes no more than 2-3 minutes to carry out each time, but must be done regularly and consistently impact your nervous system in the medium to long term. There is a video to see (around 9.5 minutes) explaining how to use the breath work. 

Module 1 also goes through the mechanism of tinnitus and generally how it is made manageable
