Shawn in the USA was the first to join CBT4T with a £20/month subscription (3rd June 2026)

• Pre-enrolment TFI - 1st June - 51.6% (category 3: 32-53%)

• TFI at Stage 4 - 2nd July - 27.6% (category 2: 18-31%)

• TFI at Stage 6 - 28th July - 18.8% (category 2: 18-31%)

• Final TFI at Stage 8 - 21st September - 7.6% (category 1: 0-17%)

Shawn sent in his daily logs, his weekly SITREPs, and used the CBT4T tools. He followed the CBT4T process - no more and no less.

Shawn opted out of a 1-1 appointment after Stage 4.

Shawn paid £20/month for 4 months (June, July, August, September - total £80).

After his final TFI (7.6%) on 21st September, Shawn had completed CBT4T and was able to cancel his £20/month subscription. Shawn says:

"This will be my last month in the program. I've had great success. Although I still have ringing, it doesn't bother me as much and I don't notice it 24/7 like I did before. Thank you!"

• CBT4T Online by monthly/quarterly subscription can be suitable when a Tinnitus Functional Index (TFI) is category 3 (32-53%). For categories 4 and 5, length of time to completion is on average 6-8 months , so enrolment with appointments included is recommended.
