Stage 2 and how to pace your progress

Welcome to Stage 2 - well done having completed your first stage of this process. 

Each of your remaining stages are automated at variable intervals. However, please do NOT feel compelled to move on just because they have opened. The intent of setting the stages to open when they do is indicative of the MINIMUM period of time needed at each stage for optimal benefit.

The course is a PROCESS and any process needs to fit YOUR needs. 

What is important is that you take your own time according to your own needs and circumstances. 

There is a fairly broad range for the average time it takes people to complete the process: from around 18-28 weeks, largely dependent upon where they started from. 

As a rule of thumb, the vast majority of people undertaking the programme tend to work the first 3 to 4 stages weekly. Some prefer (and need) to spend 10-14 days at each stage even from the beginning. This is due to the biological (neuro-physiological) changes in the brain and body taking place through using the exercises and cognition tools - this is explained in more detail as you progress through the process, and fundamentally, is about "brain plasticity".
