The CBT for Anxiety & Stress programme teaches a bespoke cognitive behaviour process based on 30 years clinical practice. The practical process reduces anxiety symptoms to a normal level preventing panic and panic attacks. Informed by Neuroscience, the CBT used gives an understanding of what "anxiety" and "stress" is and the know-how to prevent it from recurring. One appointment included after Module 3 (More £95 ea)
