CBT4T-6 Modules

The CBT4T 6 Modules programme is faster-paced and shorter than the main CBT4T programme. IT IS NOT SUITABLE IF YOUR INITIAL TINNITUS FUNCTIONAL INDEX (TFI) IS HIGHER THAN 40%. This short programme is an option for those with up to a mid-moderate TFI (under 40%), and low level anxiety and stress. Enrolment includes ONE 1-1 Zoom appointment with Debbie Featherstone after completing Module 4.
